The tenants are ordered to pay the landlord $3,347.20 in rent arrears and costs in two installments by May 30, 2023 and June 30, 2023. The tenants must also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid. If the tenants fail to make any of the payments, the landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the tenants.
