Order Date

Tenancy End Date
Jul 2021
The tenancy is terminated as of July 4, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before July 4, 2021. If the unit is not vacated on or before July 4, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
There was no agreement for the Tenants to stay until August 4, 2021. The 'ok' was only with respect to the post-dated cheques the Tenants were sending. All of the s.48 requirements have been met. It would be unfair to grant relief from eviction because the Tenants did not tender any evidence to support the delay, therefore the termination should be granted based upon a date of May 4, 2021.
Tenants have 3 children in school and want them to finish the school year prior to moving. Tenants requested to stay until August 4, 2021.
