LTB Landlord Paralegals in Pembroke

We were given an incorrect order from an LTD member with incorrect information that was given by the landlord and their testimony was incorrect my testimony was not written in the correct way that I had said at hearing in and the order given by the member she mentions things I had never said and she only sided with the landlord that we were interfering with somebody else's enjoyment of their unit but we have not done so you see the floors in our building between the units are Hollow the building is 84 plus years old we haven't been dealing with the present landlord and the previous landlord and going back and forth to the LTB for approximately 7 years now for the same problem the floors most of everything that I have ever explained to the landlord has been twisted in their favor they have tried to Force us to move by not giving 60 days notice to move to a place where we will have fewer problems and fewer people that we will not get along with these are two words that were spoken to me I don't understand how the LTB can accept hearsay testimony with no proof to back it up
