Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants requested a review of the order and that the order be stayed until the request to review the order is resolved. The review request was heard and the Landlord's application was dismissed due to a defective N4 notice.
Landlord testified that he notified Tenants about the hearing date through text message, but did not provide evidence to support this.

Tenants did not attend previous hearing due to lack of notice. Tenant J.R. testified that he checks his mail every day and did not receive the notice of hearing.
