The tenancy will be terminated on May 31, 2023 unless the Tenant pays $7,346 by April 30, 2023 or $8,422 by May 31, 2023 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must move out by May 31, 2023 and pay the Landlord $5,105.90 plus daily compensation.
Tenant's genuine intent to pay arrears and maintain tenancy
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, and the Tenant did not void the notice by paying the rent arrears.
