The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenants pay $19,686 to void the order by May 15, 2023. If the Tenants do not void the order, they must move out by May 15, 2023 and pay the Landlord $15,739.11, which includes rent arrears and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The parties agreed to a standard order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants with a termination date of May 15, 2023. The parties agreed that if the Tenants vacate the rental unit by the termination date, the Landlord would waive all rent arrears.
