The tenancy is terminated effective May 6, 2024. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $62.55 per day in compensation starting May 1, 2024 until they move out, as well as the $186 application fee.
