The tenancy is terminated effective March 14, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,147.19, which includes the rent arrears and application fee from the previous order, plus $55.40 per day in compensation starting March 4, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 14, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
