The tenancy will be terminated on June 15, 2024 unless the tenants pay $15,640.50 by May 31, 2024 or $17,840.50 by June 15, 2024 to void the order. If the tenancy is terminated, the tenants must pay $10,582.34 to the landlord, which includes rent arrears, application fees, and NSF charges, minus the rent deposit and interest. The tenants must also pay daily compensation of $72.33 starting April 23, 2024 until they move out.
