The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue. The Tenant shall pay $6,889.45 for rent arrears, NSF charges, and costs, with $200 per month towards arrears starting May 15, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay current rent on time and in full. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the landlord may apply for termination and eviction.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The parties mutually agreed to resolve all matters at issue in the application and requested an order on consent.
