The parties consented to an order that the Tenant owes the Landlord $17,686.00 in arrears and costs up to August 31, 2023. If the Tenant fails to pay the full amount by August 31, 2023, the tenancy will be terminated as of September 1, 2023, and the Tenant must vacate the unit.
