The tenancy is terminated effective September 15, 2021. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before September 15, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Landlord has entered into an agreement of purchase and sale of the rental unit and the purchaser requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation.
Landlord entered into an agreement to sell the property to a purchaser who requires the unit for personal use. Landlord paid Tenants one month's rent compensation.
Tenants are having difficulties finding a new place to live due to financial issues. Tenant is waiting for confirmation of Canada Recovery Benefit and has submitted other rental applications that were not accepted due to credit score and inability to provide employment information.
