The tenancy is terminated effective February 22, 2021. The Tenant must pay $6,668.94 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and the application fee, less the rent deposit and interest. If the Tenant pays $8,464.71 on or before February 22, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the Tenant can remain in the unit.
