The motion to set aside the previous order is denied. The stay of the previous order is lifted as of November 30, 2021, to give the Tenant some time to find new accommodation.
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order.
Tenant requested relief from eviction and to be permitted to remain at the rental unit until January 2022.
Tenant agreed she did not pay the required amounts to the Landlord. Tenant testified she paid $8,400 to the Landlord between June 25 and July 12, 2021 due to an advance payment from her employer, but her monthly income has been reduced to $2,800.
