The tenancy is terminated effective February 15, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,895.55 by January 31, 2022 or $5,837.46 by February 15, 2022 to void the eviction order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant fails to make the required payment, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office to enforce the eviction.
